Poulet London SE1 3PA is a delightful addition to London's vibrant culinary scene, nestled on Maltby Street. This restaurant is a haven for rotisserie chicken lovers, with customers raving about the crispy skin and tender, juicy meat. A standout item is undoubtedly their chicken served with a rich, delectable jus. Fredrick Ostrovski's experience perfectly encapsulates the menu’s highlights, praising the combined flavors with sides like salads and potatoes. Despite a minor setback with service speed and a fries shortage, the polite staff and charming ambiance made the visit memorable.
The atmosphere at Poulet is frequently described as cozy and inviting, embellished with twinkling lights and an eclectic decor that captures the eye. Dee Worrall highlighted the stunning interior without even dining, simply enjoying refreshing cocktails. Even during quieter times, the warm, friendly service stands out, with guests like Stephen Clark expressing their intent to return for brunch or gatherings with friends.
Overall, Poulet London SE1 3PA offers a vibrant dining experience that balances great flavors with genuine hospitality, making it a must-visit on the Bermondsey Beer Mile.

Went based on recommendations and wasn’t disappointed. We went as a group of 5 and split 1.5 of the rotisserie chickens with side salads and potatoes. The jus is amazing - make sure you get some!! We were a little surprised that they’d run out of fries and the service was a little slow, however the two staff working were incredibly polite and explained that they were short staffed that evening and hadn’t anticipated to be so busy. All in all it hardly dampened our experience and we will return to Poulet again for sure! P.S. crazy decor!

Went for early lunch on a Sat. Food was delicious - what is not to like...roast chicken, fries, gravy and cocktails Service was friendly and attentive, and the venue was beautiful - twinkly lights and a cozy feel.

What a gem! Me and friend stumbled across Poulet, and were blown away with the interior, what a stunning place! We didn't eat, but we both had the Igloo cocktails, so refreshing on a hot day. Barman was super friendly, great staff. All in all, a great place!

Gorgeous venue, good drinks and great chicken. I ate, knowingly, at a quiet time, but I can imagine this with a group, at a busy time. Apparently they do brunch ..... :)

Noisy, vibrant, great atmosphere and decor. Probably our favourite in the Bermondsey Beer mile . All the staff were very friendly, very efficient and very well organised. Will be going again. We were amazing group of 6 and drank and ate properly more than we should have. It was probably our 6th port of call and we stayed instead of moving on.

What an amazing place! From the front it looks like a little florists, but step inside and you are greeted with the ambience of an incredible bar with the eclectic decor that blows you away! The staff are outstanding!! So friendly, chatty and helpful. Big shout out to Connie who is an expert on cocktail making. This, coupled with her beautiful nature had us feeling welcomed and comfortable sat at the bar on the comfy, plush bar stools. She has me officially hooked on the best Bloody Mary I've ever tried and deserves an award just for this! Didnt catch (or maybe Bloody Mary amnesia crept in!) all the names but the blond haired guy from Vancouver, the one with the greatest long nails I've ever seen and the lady chef working in the heat with a smile on her face (gutted we didn't get to try the garlic and rosemary potatoes - they smelt awesome). In short - this is a must visit venue and the team should take a bow! Xx

I can’t believe I’d walked past this restaurant so many times and never noticed it. The decor is so vibrant and lively. The staff are extremely friendly and the service was super fast and professional. They also have a varied cocktail menu! I ordered a Gin Bloom and it was divine. Although a chicken restaurant, I decided to order a teriyaki salmon salad, which was delicious. The Salmon was cooked beautifully and the salad dressing was tasty. I love that the restaurant merges into a florist at the back, where you can browse flowers should you wish to! Really pleasant experience and will go back :)

Stumbled across it with my boyfriend on Sunday. Was a lovely little afternoon. Casey (I hope that’s how you spell it) our server was the loveliest - he is the reason I’m writing the review, was so welcoming and lovely and had the best service also gave us nice recommendations for where to spend the rest of the day in the area. Definitely need to go back and try some more of their food and cocktails 3
